    Clear Lux Auto Ltd provides car repair, servicing, and used car sales services. All work is carried out to professional standards by qualified mechanics.

    2. Quotes and Pricing

    All quotes provided are estimates based on initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required, in which case we will seek your approval before proceeding.

    3. Car Sales Warranty

    All cars sold by Clear Lux Auto come with a 3-month warranty covering major mechanical components. This warranty does not cover:

    • Wear and tear items (brakes, tyres, clutch)
    • Damage caused by accidents or misuse
    • Cosmetic issues
    • Pre-existing faults disclosed at sale

    4. Payment

    Payment is due upon completion of work or collection of vehicle. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

    5. Liability

    Clear Lux Auto Ltd is fully insured for all work carried out on your vehicle. Our liability is limited to the cost of repairs or services provided.

    6. Disputes

    Any disputes should be raised with us directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
